Meet Yvette Fuertes

Hi there and thank you for visiting my site. I've been helping sellers and buyers throughout Wesley Chapel and Pasco County for over a decade, and one thing I have learned is that every client and every move has a story behind it. Some people are buying their very first home. Others are downsizing, relocating, growing their family or trying to make a difficult transition during a stressful season of life. 

I never forget that real estate is tied to real people and real emotions. 

Before real estate, I worked in graphic design and marketing, which naturally shaped the way I market homes today. I pay attention to presentation, communication and how a property is positioned online because buyers form opinions quickly. I believe marketing matters, but honesty matters more.

I live in Wesley Chapel and genuinely enjoy helping people understand the different communities, schools, builders and neighbourhoods throughout the area. I especially love helping clients compare resale homes and new construction because there are many sellers and buyers that just don't know what to look for to ensure they make the right decision for their real estate needs. I believe in being straightforward, responsive and helping people make informed decisions that truly make sense for their situation.
